The transferable training model – the best choice for training IT business leaders
The TransLeader project is based on a thorough analysis of the needs of the EU countries and Ukraine in a model of innovative and specialized training practices for IT business managers that meets the requirements of the market, followed by an analysis of training systems in the participating countries, conducting in-depth research, questionnaires and interviews, all the time consciously collecting and adapting the best partner practices and resources.Throughout the project, much emphasis will be placed on the knowledge triangle, which consists of trainers, trainees and market representatives from the EU and Ukraine, as well as specialists from interested target groups and external evaluators.
The TransLeader project focuses on the possibilities of using artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) systems to solve problems in management, industry, engineering, logistics, management and education; evaluating existing AI and IoT systems and tools, focusing on comparative research and user experience; analyzing the economic, social and cultural basis of the consequences of using artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, withaim to help higher education institutions keep up with the rapid development of new industries. At the same time, the project is going to increase the relevance of providing training in the fields of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things to support higher education in Ukraine in these difficult times. TransLeader envisages the development of a new training program related to the use of AI and IoT to improve the quality of management of modern ecosystems.In this way, students will equally improve their knowledge of how to use IT tools, develop AI and IoT solutions to work on new business cases, be able to solve issues of improving the social environment and solving security issues by applying the skills they have received.
