Submission guidelines
Please prepare your paper according to the requirements below and submit it by email.
Manuscript requirements
- Papers must be written in English.
- At least 10 pages for a full paper; 5–9 pages for a short paper.
- Manuscripts must follow the IMRAD structure.
- Foreign sources should predominate; citations of Ukrainian scholars must not exceed 20%.
- Originality check: text-match (incl. self-plagiarism) must stay below 20%.
- One author may submit no more than two papers.
- A paper may have no more than five co-authors.
- A presentation in English by one of the co-authors is mandatory.

Prepare your manuscript using the CEUR-standard template (DOCX) and email it, together with the supporting documents, to:

Deadline. Registration and abstract submission close on April 10, 2026.
After acceptance
Publication
Accepted papers are published in the proceedings on CEUR-WS.org, with planned indexing in Scopus and DBLP. Papers not accepted for the main volume may be invited to a satellite event. See the Proceedings page for details.
