1st year students of the specialty "Software Engineering" Foyak Vitalii Myroslavovych and Maxim Vladislavovich Sivoplyas Designed ??? Automated Estate Valuation — a web-based system for automated assessment of the market value of real estate.
The project is intended for banks, credit analysts and expert appraisers: it standardizes and speeds up the valuation of property based on a comparative approach, spatial analysis and artificial intelligence, providing a transparent mathematical justification of the value of real market announcements.
Among the features of the system are a step-by-step wizard for assessing apartments, houses and land plots with geocoding, an interactive AI assistant, heat maps and neural network clustering of the market (Kohonen self-organizing maps), as well as automatic generation of official reports in PDF and Excel formats. Technology stack: NestJS, React 19, TypeScript, PostgreSQL + PostGIS, Prisma and Turborepo.
