Public University in Southern Poland. It was founded in 2001 as the Academy of Technical and Humanitarian Sciences (ATH), which grew out of the branch of the Łódź Polytechnic (1969); since September 2023, it has the status of a classical university. Combines technical and humanitarian profile, in particular areas of computer science and computer science; academic mobility partner under the Erasmus+ program.

The State University in Sofia, founded in 1950 (first as the State Library Institute), has its current name since 2010. Prepares bachelors, masters and doctors of philosophy in the fields of computer science, cultural heritage, national security and social communications. It has a computer laboratory named after John Atanasoff, a Bulgarian-American pioneer of digital computing.

A public university centered in the city of Faro in southern Portugal, founded in 1979 as a result of themerger of the University of Algarve and the Polytechnic Institute of Faro, which combined university and polytechnic education. Approximately 10,000 students at the Faro and Portimao campuses, focusing on engineering and technology, marine and environmental sciences, and tourism. Active participant in the Erasmus+ program and international mobility.

Polish IT company founded in 1989 in Bielsko-Biali. Develops its own software products — the RATUSZ system for local governments and the integrated ERP system REKORD.ERP for production enterprises. For more than thirty years, it has been working in the market with national coverage; for the department, it is an industrial partner for applied cooperation, practices and joint projects.
